A little while back I decided it was time for Summer to be here, Mother Nature didn't agree with this thought. SO I decided to help persuade her I would make some summer time treats! These were a White Cake with Lime Zest baked in. The frosting was my typical recipe but with Cream Cheese and of course Lime Zest added. The item that made it all so scrumptious was the Sugar Coated Lime that topped each one!
